New Call for Tender on Eltis and Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans
The Executive Agency for Competitiveness and Innovation (EACI) has launched an invitation to tender with a view to concluding a service contract related to 'Managing and developing the Eltis portal and supporting the uptake of Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans'.
The tender seeks to conclude a two-year service contract to manage and further develop the Eltis portal facilitating the exchange of information, knowledge and experiences in the field of urban mobility in Europe. In addition, this tender aims to increase awareness about the role and content of Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans and support their uptake by relevant planning authorities in Europe. In 2011, the European Commission established a web-portal, prepared guidance and organised a series of training and awareness-raising events for urban mobility professionals. Under the new service contract, the service provider would, among others, further develop the current mobility plans portal, integrate it in the Eltis portal and provide services to support the uptake of Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans.
The deadline for receipt of tenders is the 16th May 2013. For further information visit this page.
